THE OLD SESSIONS HOUSE

The project is a redevelopment of The Old Sessions House located in Clerkenwell. The aim was to create a space that occupied two users a the same time. It will function as a Boutique Hotel and at the same time, it will proved space for a small independent company on the ground floor area. Clerkenwell is close to the city of London, which is a city, ceremonial county and local government district, therefore business people and people passing by the area just for a short time will be the main user.
